Vacaville City Hall Conference Rooms A and B to start;
enter from back where EV chargers are   
Ed Heustis, Vacaville City Fleet Manager, will discuss
his fleet of 25 RAV4EVs -- the largest
EV fleet owned by a city, solar powered charging
stations, and local EV incentives paid for by
grants obtained by his nationally recognized
Alternative Fuels Program.  We will meet in the
conference room until noon, grab nearby lunches, then
tour the charging facilities via rides
for those who bring their EVs.  Bring your EV!  Other
local EAA chapters are always invited
but will be specifically invited to this event.  At
least the following people will be bringing
their EVs to the meeting:
